On May 7, 2026, the second day of the "1st Local Development Academic Service Project" (May 6–8) continued with a dynamic workshop at the Khao Kaeo Housewife Farmers Community Enterprise in Soi Dao District. Moving beyond legal frameworks, the Faculty of Law collaborated with the Home Economics Program (Food and Nutrition) , Faculty of Science and Technology, to provide practical professional skills to the local community. The highlight of the day was a specialized workshop on value-added food processing, focusing on "Chocolate-Coated Banana" and "Matcha-Glazed Banana" products. The session was honored by guest speaker Ajarn Narumon Aphinnantsawat , an expert in culinary innovation, who shared modern techniques to elevate traditional local bananas into premium, market-ready snacks. This interdisciplinary approach not only provides legal protection for small businesses but also equips entrepreneurs with the creative product development skills necessary to increase household income and community resilience. By bridging the gap between academic theory and practical application, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University continues to demonstrate its vital role in fostering sustainable grassroots economies through innovation and shared expertise.
